The Federal Reserve Bank in New Orleans shreds an average of $6,000,000 dollars every day. They destroy old, tatty, graffiti-ridden notes that no-longer need to be in circulation. These used to be destroyed and put into land fill sites, but now they've found a way to turn the useless notes into soil. The process is pretty interesting, even if you don't think so, you can't resist watching millions of dollars get shredded.
