With the recent announcement of the Firefox OS, Mozilla have now announced two developer handsets to get the OS off the ground. The company has teamed up with a Spanish mobile manufacturer by the name of Geeksphone to build the two devices. The devices aren't the best specced devices, but that's not Mozilla's target here. They are targeting the emerging and low-end markets.
The device on the left is the baby of the two. It has a single core 1Ghz processor, 480x320 screen, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 3-megapixel camera. It also of course has WiFi and 3G
The one the right has a dual-core 1.2Ghz processor, a 4.3-incg 960x540 display, an 8-megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage.
Pricing and release dates have not been announced. But they are expected to be super cheap and affordable.
