OS X LaunchPad for Windows

If you've used Mac OS X Lion, you will have noticed that launchpad the OS uses where all your apps are stored. It's like a homescreen launcher, but on your desktop. I'm personally not a huge fan of it because I think it should just stay on phones, but I know many others love it.

Like on a Mac, you can organize icons, place them where you like and group them into folders. It even adopts the feature where you simply drag an icon over another, and it'll create a folder.

You can also adjust things such as icon size, spacing and background blur, all to your preference.

It was made by xwidgetsoft so full credit to them.
