Google have just given the Chrome Web Store a much-needed redesign. The web store now is in a magazine style layout, with big thumbnails for apps. Hovering over the thumbnails brings up a quick preview of the app and a button to install it right there and then. When you click on a thumbnail, a lightbox type window now opens over the magazine layout for more info on the app, ratings and reviews. There is a little box at the top, on the right, which enables you to go straight back to the homepage and continue browsing more extensions for your Chrome browser. There is also a sidebar with links to popular extensions, categories and a search box if you're looking for something specific.
If you're still using Internet Explorer, you are living under a rock.
