Miner & Photographer Spends His Breaks Taking Photos Of Foxes In The Arctic Circle

Ivan Kislov, who lives in the north-eastern port city of Magadan, works in Chukotka, an inhospitable arctic tundra, as a mining engineer. He spends his breaks capturing the rare signs of life that appear in the icy landscape. Although there is everything from bears to wolves out there, Ivan says the foxes are by far the more willing models.
