With the release of iOS 11, quite a few useful features were added, but with the excitement surrounding it, some may have noticed that a pretty useful feature has been discarded.
During the iPhone 6S event, one of the most exciting features was 3D Touch, and more specifically its multi-tasking gesture allowing you to quickly access the multi-tasking screen and manoeuvre between apps.
Unfortunately, this feature no longer exists in iOS 11, confirmed by Apple after Bryan Irace submitted a bug report on Twitter. So if you’re yet to update to iOS 11 and you use this feature, you may want to think twice.
Apple engineering has confirmed that 3D Touch multitasking was intentionally removed in iOS 11. I am livid. pic.twitter.com/kiCcLq9XMB
