These Creepy Images Are The Result Of Taking Ultra-Long Exposures of Entire Films

In an interesting series titled Photographs Of Film, artist Jason Shulman creates creepy abstract images by taking one long exposure photo of an entire film.

So far, Jason has done 54 movies, which you can all find on his website. He explained:

“I have a very large — almost pixel-free — monitor and a camera with filters that dim the light coming in. I then open the camera’s aperture throughout the movie. Long exposure flattens out time.”

Check a selection of them out below, you will find the title of each movie in the bottom left-hand corner of each image.
