A light pillar is something that happens when light interacts with ice crystals, when the temperature drops and these crystals position themselves horizontally, they act as vessels for the light, shooting it into the air, creating what looks like pillars. This all recently happened in Ontario, Canada, here's a collection of some of the best photos that were captured.
