The Microsoft Surface brand has finally been updated to include a desktop PC, and it's pretty spectacular. The company announced the "Surface Studio" at today's Microsoft event in New York.
The Studio is supposed to have the "world's thinnest LCD monitor ever built" at 12.5mm. The touchscreen display is contained in an aluminum enclosure and measures in at 28 inches across. The display outputs 13.5 million pixels, and the clever hinge system allows the display to be adjusted in quite a few different ways.
It looks like the new PC will be perfect for creatives, and especially those focused on 3D. We can't wait to hear more about it, but for now, check out the video below which gives a pretty good idea of how the new device can be used. Watch out Apple.
