There's no doubt you've had battery problems on your iPhone at some point, it's handy to know what apps are killing it more than others. It's going to differ from user to user, but if you're refreshing your Instagram 20+ times every hour, it's no big mystery where all that power is going.
Some of the most common offenders include:
- Your email app
You've pretty much just got to be wary of any app that's using power when you're not actually using the app, i.e. in the background. To stop certain apps refreshing in the background navigate to General settings > Background App Refresh.
To see what apps are killing your iPhone's battery just go to Settings > Battery and wait for it to show you the stats on what apps are using the most %.
