Ben Barry, a former designer at Facebook has published a series of photos of the company's little red book, which he created during his time at the company.

The book was designed to give new Facebook employees an insight into Facebook's history, culture and aims for the future. It's actually a really clever way of spreading your message and introducing new employees into realizing your goals.
