Fonts have not always looked the way they looked today. In the past, people used very different techniques to design and print letters. Learning about the history of typography may help you better understand this beautiful discipline and come up with a few original ideas based on previous inventions.
To educate people about typography, illustrator Ben Barrett-Forrest created a wonderful paper-letter animation, which we’ve posted for you below. It was build using more than 290 paper letters and shapes and almost 2500 photographs.
