You would be right if you said that chalkboards belong to classrooms. But should they be used only for doing math and practicing writing letters? Two students from Columbus College of Art and Design in Ohio, who call themselves DangerDust, strongly disagree. With help of their creativity and talent, they have turned chalkboards in some campus classrooms into imaginative canvasses.
The two usually pick Sunday or Monday night to work on their drawings. The first one was just an experiment, but after a little bit of stimulation from one of their professors, they'd completed over twenty artworks. DangerDust does not draw picturesque landscapes or grotesque portraits. Instead, they take an inspiring quote and illustrate it on the chalkboard.
Each artwork is different as they vary from different visual styles and ideas. Check them out in the gallery below and let us know if you know a quote that you'd want to see illustrated by DangerDust.
