We've actually already covered data centres by Google, but we think it's just as interesting seeing similar from Microsoft HP and Facebook.
Many assume data centres are pretty boring places where everything is dark and messy, but that isn't the case whatsoever. These data centres by four of the biggest tech companies in the world show us how the attention to detail here is just as important.
Most of these data centres have speeds that are 200,000 times faster than your average home internet connection. The LEDs aren't there just to look pretty, they also indicate the status of a server. LEDs are also of course very energy efficient and longer lasting. Wires are also colour coded so it's easier to know which ones to replace when needed and where to find them.
