Twitter is getting a whole new profile redesign which actually looks very much like Facebook. The social media giant announced the new design today but it has been rumoured for a while now.
The new design features a large custom header with the profile picture overlapping. Down the left it shows information on the user and in the middle their most recent tweets.
There are also some additional features which were not available before. Tweets that have received more than average engagement now show larger on the feed. And users will be able to pin their favourite tweets to the top, a feature used by a lot of businesses.
It's currently only available to a select number of users but Twitter say they will be rolling it to everyone over the next few weeks.
