Eric Schmidt, a man who played an important role in the success of both Apple and Google and one of the most influential person in the world of technology, has recently bought a stunning residence near Los Angeles.
Reportedly, Schmidt's new home is worth $25 million, which makes it one of the most luxurious houses among the pioneers of Silicon Valley. However, we can safely say that he did not overpay for it as the residence has approximately 850m² of living space. That includes 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and plenty of other facilities and premium amonities such as french doors, panoramic windows, and large swimming pool.
The house has a classic and timeless design. The facade, with four columns at the entrance and plenty of windows that glow in the dark like lanters, is sumptuous. Architects went for a conservative, yet very elegant combination of white elevant and blue roof that slopes sharply towards the edges. There is also a cobbled dirveway and a water fountain that gives the residence a truly American look.
Splendour can be found in the interior. Decorators spared no expense to make it as plentenous as possible. As a result, we can see richly decorated furniture, paintings and sculptures, and stylish accessories like cushions and lambrequins. They may not be particularly modern, but they definitely make the residence feel warm and welcoming.
