Nokia, one of the world's biggest phone makers, is mostly associated with European markets, but it also has a strong presence in the US. It employs American workers who are based in the company's cool headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.
Nokia's Lumia range of smartphones is known for incredible design and craftsmanship. The same values can be found in the design of the company's US offices. They were created with attention to the tiniest detail and built to provide plenty of room for thoughts and various activities.
Generally, the design is minimal and very modern. The interior is full of warmth and colour, with white-painted walls being a subtle background for a wide array of hues. Every room appears to be different and features distinctive colour and pattern, such as delightful flowers in one of the corners or animal silhouettes near the ceiling.
Interesting use of lighting, comfortable furniture and a number of spacious conference rooms and leisure lounges highlight designer's apparent desire to make employees feel at home.
