The Villa 153 is luxury and elegance incarnate. Designed by ISV Architects, this exceptionally beautiful residence could easily draw attention of the wealthiest people and would never put them to shame. It features a minimal and very modern look, in which simplicity of every architectural element and almost clinical purity of the overall design are particularly distinctive. The villa gives the impression of a single block of white plastic, with windows and pillars being the only disruptions in homogeneity of the surface.
As for the construction and interior, they're equally simple. The residence has a large atrium in the middle that opens it up and holds a vividly blue swimming pool. The inside of the elevation is painted white, but differs from the exterior by introducing subtle wood accents. They compliment the brightness of dominating whites and put them to a nice contrast, which is a popular trend in modern architecture. A real tree planted in the heart of the inner part of the house is an interesting and unique addition.
The Villa 153 is beautiful beyond words. It screams luxury, but natural accents such as the patio and the tree build a perfect balance.
