Inaugure Hospitality Group has moved into their new headquarters and it is a really beautiful building. By combining African overtones with sleek and elegant minimalism, the architects from YLAB Arquitectos managed to give it an unique look. The office merges form and function to become a comfortable work environment.
Earthen tones of African design are to be found in vivid patterns on the walls and reflect the company's heritage. Complimented by warm palette of colours, they offer an interesting add-on to the otherwise modern interior. Curved shapes of the furniture and glossy room structures allow each space to flow fluidly in to the next. This design solution abolishes the boundaries between separate cabinets and make the building look like a single homogeneous form. Wood-covered textured walls provide the perfect backdrop while recessed illumination system mimics the natural skylight. Large and comfortable lounges are filled with stylish desks and chairs that blend into the general theme of the interior.
Employees can work hand-in-hand by clean and beautiful stations and discuss their ideas in spacious and airy conference room. Glassed-in partition walls give the impression of transparency and openness. The office has even a wooden abstract sculpture that apparently represents the map of Dakar, the capital city of Senegal. IHG's headqarters links company's rich origin with state-of-art design. This fusion renders them truly one of a kind.
