The Cabanas no Rio is a hideaway where you can relax, recharge yourself and simply enjoy the life by living side by side with nature. Cabanas no Rio is a name for two recovered and rebuilt fisherman huts located in Comporta, a Portugese parish famous for the white sandy beaches, wine, fresh fish and the beauteous rice paddies.
The huts have only 28 square meters of space in total, but offer all the basic facilities, kitchen, bathroom and furniture included. They're beautiful in their own wooden, minimalistic way. There's something incredibly elegant and refreshing about simplicity of their design, angularity of their shapes and rough finish of the interior. A terrace overlooking the nearby Sado river and a private small pontoon are neat additions for those who like the water.
One of those bewitching huts may be yours for as much as $270 dollars per night. It isn't that much a piece of your very own, private heaven.
