Motorola has announced a new device designed to conquer the mid-end markets in Europe and Latin America. The Moto G is basically a cheaper sibling of the well-received Moto X. It offers solid specifications for an incredibly low price. The smartphone is equipped with a 4.5-inch display (1280×720, 329 ppi), quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system (with a promised update to the new Android 4.4 KitKat), 8GB or 16GB of on-bard storage, 5 MP shooter on the back and 1.3 MP front camera, 2,070 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G cellular connectivity. The device measures 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 mm, weights only 143 grams and is sold in seven vibrant colours.
Motorola Moto G is available in the UK now at £135 for the 8GB version and £159 for the 16GB one.
