For a while I have been searching for a full guide that designer's could refer to. Something that shared everything from the basics of typography to some self promotion tips. You know, just the basics to get you started in the right direction. Well today, I think I have found a possible solution to that.
The Designers Survival Guide is advice for new and aspiring designers provided by industry professionals, edited and curated by Richard Baird. They have a bunch of incredible guides to teach you all the sides of a designer. Not only is it the basics of design, but they show you the business side, tips for working with developers, and even obscure things like research, which you may have never thought about.
