It's a shame that my generation, people who are still at university, try and go for a job or career where they want to make the most money they can. In the modern world we live in, we can nearly do anything and make money out of it, so why try and do something you don't enjoy just to make a little more money. If you find something you enjoy doing, whether you're paid for it or not, money will come naturally. People will recognise your skills and recognise your passion and there will always be a way to make money out of it.
A great example of this are YouTubers. Most of the big YouTubers these days had no clue they could make money from their videos, they made videos because they enjoyed it. There videos were so appealing that they created an audience. Google then comes to those popular YouTubers and asks them if they'd like to be in a partnership program which pays them to continue making videos - the thing they enjoy doing most. This applies to a lot of things, whether you be a blogger, a designer or a developer.
