Having both Android and iOS devices, and using them both regularly, you can easily recognise the difference in the two mobile OS'. Once noticeable thing when it comes to apps is that Android has a lot more free apps. Developers have found that making apps free then implementing ads will make them more money than if they were to make it a paid app. It also means that they can get their apps into countries where paid apps aren't allowed.
Below is an infographic on app loyalty between the two platforms. It's main focus is on how users react when an app crashes. It is a shame that most apps do crash very often purely because they haven't been coded or tested properly. Most developers are also self-taught so they don't have the luxury of being taught how to code on either platform. This leads to bad code, which then leads to dissatisfied users.
