Google is at it again. They are already testing a new design for YouTube.
This new design looks like it has been made to match the style of their other services, especially Google Plus. Everything is now aligned to the left and a lot cleaner. The reason it looks cleaner is because they've got rid of a lot of stuff that was on the homepage, and added a lot of white space.
You can get the new YouTube layout right now just by carrying out this simple method.
Note: This is only for Chrome users. If you know how to do it in other browsers, just leave it in the comments below and I'll add it to the post.
How To Get The New YouTube Layout
1. Head over to YouTube and wait until it completely loads.
2. Hit Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows) or Alt+Cmd+J (Mac OS X).
3. A window should pop up at the bottom where you can enter some code. Simply copy and paste this code.
document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=jZNC3DCddAk; path=/; domain=.youtube.com";window.location.reload();
Then hit enter.
4. The page should then refresh with the new layout.
The new design is actually pretty awesome and I'll be using it from now on. I definitely recommend it.
Of course there are still some bugs, if you find any, just hit that send feedback button they have in the bottom right to report it.
