Instagram 3.0, New Maps Mode, New User Profiles, New Explore Tab & More

Instagram has already released another major update to their app, going up to a whole new version. This new version comes with quite a few updates.

The first major new feature is Photo Maps. This new feature will now enable you to browse your own and others Instagram photos on a map. There wasn't anyway of finding pics which people have taken in your area, you could use tags, but not many people did. This will hopefully help you find pics of your area or of any other area, maybe of a place you're planning on going to holiday to.

The UI has also been adjusted a little throughout the app. You now get a new user profile and thumbnails are larger, having 3 across instead of 4.

The upload page has also been updated to make uploading a lot quicker. The geotag feature is a lot more prominent now, so you're more likely to put your pics on your photo map.

And at last, there is infinite scroll! When browsing lots of pics at once, you don't need to keep pressing the "load more" button, it'll just load pics automatically as you scroll.
