hiring UltraLinx Is Hiring

UltraLinx is growing and we’re looking to boost that growth by adding an additional member to the team.

We’re looking for all types of writers – you can be a hardcore Android fanboy, or a freelance designer who wants to share their experiences. However we are specially looking for writers knowledgeable in the  following areas:

  • Android
  • Web Design/Development
  • Freelancing
  • Architecture/Interior Design

You will of course need to be a massive follower of the site, to the point of understanding the type of content we post, the style and layout. We have a pretty rigorous publishing style. This role will start with a trial and then move on to a permanent part time role. You will be working remotely.

You’ll be required to publish at least a few articles a week but there is no real limit to how many you can publish.

Requirements:

  • Absolutely perfect English spoken and written skills
  • Knowledge of basic HTML (for post formatting)
  • Knowledge of WordPress admin for publishing content
  • From the UK, US, Canada or EU
  • Usually be available on Skype in the afternoon and evening GMT time

How to apply – follow the structure exactly or your application will simply disappear into pixie dust (meaning it’ll be ignored).

Set up your own blog on Tumblr, WordPress or Blogger and write around 4-8 posts. You’ll be judged on your style of writing, images used and formatting.

Once you’ve done that, head over to our contact page, put all the info in and make sure to put the subject as ‘Part Time Writer’.

I also suggest reading this whole post over 2 or 3 times just so you get your application right.

Please note: We have over 100 applicants so it’ll be impossible for us to get back to everyone. If you do not receive a reply then your application may have been unsuccessful.
