Web design is constantly changing. One of the relatively newer units of measurement are em’s. Basically they are a scalable measurement system making responsive designs much, much easier to create. Read more about em’s here, they are quite fascinating.
Anyways, now that I got that out of the way I can share my favorite new tool with you. Matthew Kosloski, a web designer, recently made Pixem – A Pixel to EM Converter. This is an incredible tool. Set your base pixel size, paste your CSS, and convert it. That’s it. It does all the work of converting complex, nested CSS from Pixels to Em’s. Be sure to check it out, and bookmark it for future reference!
