For those who don’t know what bokeh is, very simply put, it’s the blurred part of a picture. For example above is a bokeh picture which has been put out of focus on purpose, to make it look more “artsy” you could say.

With Photoshop CS6 you are now able to add artificial bokeh to your pictures with the new blur tools that were introduced. The official Photoshop YouTube channel uploaded a video on how to use the blur tool to achieve the bokeh. Though the final picture used in the video wasn’t a great example, but at least you get the gist of it.
