Gmail is easily one of the best, if not, the best email services available right now. It’s made for the power users in mind and makes managing emails a lot easier than most others.
Gmail also has a huge set of features and tricks which makes email just about bearable. Gizmodo though just discovered a secret feature which is hiding in plain site.
Instead of replying to a whole chain of messages when you’re only replying to a snippet from the last email you can carry out this neat trick.
1. You highlight the text you want to reply to
2. Then hit the reply button
3. Now only the highlighted text is in the reply
This is a very quick and easy way to now reply to a small part of an email, without having to have a huge chain of messages on the end.
