Rajiv Saini + Associates designed this gorgeous 12,500 sq. ft house in Hyderabad. The project was well done because the architects used a multitude of materials such as granite, travertine, marble, wood, steel and glass. Hyderabad has a hot and dry climate, so they aimed to give the house a cool and fresh feel. There are multiple sitting areas for talking, but there is also a bar area for parties. The pool pavilion was a welcome addition because it makes use of previously unused space while promoting the idea of cooling off. The reflective black glass located above the dining table really caught my eye because it effectively levels out the light and dark colors in the room.
