Beautiful, Minimal HTC 1 Phone Concept

This incredible concept was created by the designer Andrew Kim. He created the HTC 1 concept in mid-2010 because he believed the perfect combination of software design, specifications and hardware design was nowhere near as good as it should have been. This problem still seems to exist today, and I must say, I’m sure we would all love to see his beautiful concept realised.

Here is Andrew’s presentation:

nice one! but it still think that the upper and lover parts of the phone are to thick, we need more screen!

  2. Graham Macphee says:

Agreed, but remember this was made in 2010. It’s way ahead of its time! :)

  3. Great concept! The software looks very similar to Windows Phone 7, and the phone reminds me of the upcoming Xperia S…

This was really way ahead of its time!

  4. Van says:

Aaah, a classic. I fell in love with this design when I first saw it. I’m not as moved by the hardware design anymore, but the UI is still beautiful.

Best of all is the level of detail he’s put into the breakdown of how the device’s components all come together. That’s the sort of thing that helps convince manufacturers of a product’s viability, I would think.

  5. Omar Montesino says:

I say that definitely a iPhone challenger.

Now we just need the specs to be as good as the phone looks. Quad Core would be AWESOME to start with. Does anyone agree?
